Which did I choose?
So, after coming up with the mockups, I had a couple of days to think about what I wanted to do for the final product. Of course, if this was being made for an actual client or artist, they would most likely pick which on they would prefer to present their albums image.
I decided that I would go with the Alone album art. I decided to go with this one because I love the song and I believe I can add more to this than the others, though I did have fun creating their ideas & mockups.

Choices I made?
I should have explained more in the video, but I chose a lot of the fonts & colours to go with the theme & style of the song. Nico Collins uses a old cartoonish style font. I wanted it to be readable & in the old style as well since I liked the look. I chose the colours black & red as they resemble danger & darkness which a lot of the song is about, climbing through not being understood, to doing drugs, then finally getting you life together & becoming the person you want to be. The subject sitting down is supposed to be the new version on the person in the song & the massive figure in the background is supposed to be the old version always lurking over like a demon. The clouds & mountain top the person is sitting on is supposed to be how much they have gone through, battles etc & how high they are in life now doing what they want to do & being great at it. I can say for sure I mostly figure out the ideas as they come, I sometimes draw them out though sometimes I go with my own flow & see what comes of it, which isn't the best way to create something professional hence why I draw & research more now, but this project was a big lesson for me as to how to properly research as hopefully reflected in future projects.
